Transformational & business change management, portfolio/programme/project management, P3 maturity model and procurements
- Qualifications, experience & certifications: MBA and M(ICT), 20+ years average experience per consutant and CHAMPS2, PROSCI/ADKAR, MSP, PRINCE2 & Agile PM certifications;
- Extensive experience in busienss process re-engineering, client journeys, business analysis, eliciting/managijng requirements, comms/training, benefit enablement and realisation;
- Extensive experience in converting requirements to RFI/RFQ/RFT/Contracts, aligned with PGPA Act and management of risks aligned with ISO 31000; and
- Experience in ICT first and second pass business case development, New Policy Proposal development, Cabinet/Legislative processes, Gatewy review reporting and policy implementation.
Architectural and solution design, integration and information system delivery
- Qualifications, experience & certifications: M(ICT), 20+ years average experience per consutant and TOGAF & Agile Project Management certifications;
- Extensive experience in enterprise business, information, data and technology architecture modelling (as-it/target models), patterns, gap analysis and ICT and IM strategic planning;
- Extensive experience in solution design, detail design, product and sprint backlog management, feature model development, scrum of scrums facilitation and agile delivery; and
- Experience in ERP, MQ series & DataPower based integration, secure/managed file transfer, RESTfull API (G2G, G2B, G2C), Python, Javascript, SOE/LAN/CTI and Broadcast services.
Business intelligence, machine learning (ML), data, records, information and knowledge management
- Qualifications, experience & certifications: M(ICT), 20+ years average experience per consutant and data science (HarvardX) certifications;
- Extensive experience in database, in-memory database, bigdata, datawarehouse design & implementation, R, SAS & other analytics tools, data wrangling, visualisation, reporting and ML;
- Experience in metadata, data, record and information management including enterprise search, global navigation, implementation and assurance of ISO 15489, ISO 16175, ISO 11179, AGRkMS and NAA's Information Management standard; and
- Experience in knowledge base, content management systems, authoring and websites (including GovCMS) design and implementation.
